Run and Be Safe

Run from fear. Run from striving. Run from the weight of trying to hold everything together. Run—don't hesitate. Run into the Name of the Lord.
Run and Be Safe

The Word of God is so rich! One verse. Three perspectives. Powerful message. (Related Posts: One, Two)

There’s a quiet urgency in Proverbs 18:10:

“The name of the Lord is a strong tower; the righteous run into it and are safe.”

They don’t stroll.
They don’t hesitate.
They don’t analyze their options.

They run.

Because they understand something we often forget:

Outside the tower, you are exposed.
Inside the Name, you are secure.

The Name of the Lord is:

A place of authority — where the enemy has no claim
A place of presence — where God Himself is near
A place of sanctuary — where accusation loses its voice
A place of salvation — where fear gives way to peace

Not because of who we are…

But because of who He is.

And here’s the invitation:

Run.

Run from fear.
Run from striving.
Run from the weight of trying to hold everything together.

Run—don't hesitate.

Run into the Name of Yahweh.
Run into the Strong Tower.

Because the safest place you will ever stand… is not in your strength—

but in His.

Prayer

Lord. Father. Yahweh. Help not to hesitate, but to run to safety in You. Because Your Name—the Name of the Lord is not fragile. Your Name is not weak. Your Name—is strong enough to hold me and carry me through every trial, circumstance, and assault of the enemy. You are my refuge. My strength. You—Your Name—are my Strong Tower. You are the safest place I will ever find... it is in Your Strength—Your Name I can stand. Amen!
