The Whole Story

We walked the week. Not in haste… but step by step.

And now, looking back, we begin to see—nothing was random.
Nothing was rushed. Nothing was without purpose.

On Sunday, He was welcomed as King. Palms were laid. Voices lifted. And yet—they did not fully understand the King they were receiving.

On Monday, He cleansed the temple. Not in anger without purpose—but in restoration. Making sacred space again for prayer… for access… for God’s presence.

On Tuesday, He spoke truth. Clearly. Boldly. Without hesitation. Many heard… some resisted.

On Wednesday, plans were made. Hidden. Quiet. Intentional. While one poured out love—others prepared betrayal.

On Thursday, He gathered them close. At the table. In the breaking of bread. In drinking the cup. In the washing of feet.

And then—in the garden—He surrendered.

Not my will… but Yours.

On Friday, He gave everything. The sacrifice—the Lamb was slain. The veil was torn. What looked like the end… was unfathomable love in its fullest expression.

On Saturday, there was silence. Stillness. Waiting. Heaven seemed quiet—but the work was not undone.

And then—Sunday.

The stone was moved. The grave was empty. Death had lost. And life—had the final word.

🌿 What We Now See

This was never a series of disconnected moments. It was one story. One mission. One unfolding plan of redemption.

The King who entered Jerusalem was always the Lamb who would be slain. The One who was rejected was always the cornerstone. The One who died was always the One who would rise.

🌿 For Us

And now—we do not stand as observers. We stand as recipients.

Because of this week—we have access. We have forgiveness. We have life.

The veil remains torn. The grave remains empty. And Jesus—

Jesus is alive.

🙏 Prayer

Lord, thank You for every step of this week. For what was seen… and what was unseen. For the cross… and for the empty tomb. Let me not rush past what You have done. Let me live in it. Formed by Your Word. Led by Your Spirit. Jesus be glorified! Amen.
